Rexel UK is hiring a Demand Planner to join our Procurement & Inventory team. You will forecast demand across the product range, align lifecycle changes, seasonality and promotions, and ensure high availability with lean stock levels.

You’ll work with internal stakeholders and external partners to synchronize forecasts with import schedules and commercial goals, shaping the role to drive inventory performance across the UK network.

Qualifications

• Strong demand forecasting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning across the range.
• Lead imported-line purchasing (initial buy through BAU ordering).
• Align stakeholders and delivery by setting clear assumptions and timelines.
• Manage product lifecycle and data from launch to exit.
• Protect inventory health and availability; mitigate risks.
• Improve performance via KPI management, promotions/seasonality planning.
