The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join our Ferndown team. The role focuses on converting inbound enquiries, developing existing client accounts and driving recurring service revenue for fire door products.

Based in Ferndown, Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00, salary £28k-£34k DOE. You will manage CRM records, identify cross-sell opportunities and build long-term relationships to increase customer lifetime value.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B internal sales or account management experience.
• Confident, professional and consultative in approach.
• Able to identify opportunities within an existing customer base.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Call and develop current lists of generated leads.
• Qualify opportunities and advise on installation or service solutions.
• Prepare and issue quotations and follow up to maximise conversions.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers and grow servicing revenue.
• Promote annual servicing and maintenance plans.
