Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for Corporate, Strategy, Group and Support Functions. You will lead colleague communications to keep the business informed, engaged and inspired, reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will drive the CEO’s internal messages, shape the corporate narrative, and deliver engaging communications across multiple channels.

Qualifications

Natural gravitas and excellent written and verbal communication to draft, edit, and shape high-quality colleague communications.
Experience in internal communications for strategy, corporate, or leadership communications.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to simplify complex information into compelling communications.
Strategic planning and prioritisation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own and lead internal communications for Corporate, Strategy, and Support Functions, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Evolve our internal company narrative, keeping colleagues engaged in our strategic priorities.
Deliver the CEO’s regular internal communications, coordinating with PR and Public Affairs teams.
Plan and deliver communications for major corporate moments, coordinating inputs, approvals and channels across stakeholders.
Create high-quality content across channels and measure performance to improve impact.
