Job summary

Brooks Macdonald Group is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to shape and deliver the firm’s internal comms agenda. You will partner with the Executive Committee and senior leaders to ensure clear, consistent messaging across strategy, performance, culture and direction.

The role focuses on strategic communication, working with HR, Operations and the Marketing & Communications team to engage colleagues through change and transformation while upholding FCA conduct and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing communication strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent influencing and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
• Partner with CEO and senior leaders to shape communication plans and coaching.
• Lead communications for change initiatives and major corporate announcements.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across leadership and business functions.
• Oversee governance, channels, and measurement of internal communications effectiveness.
