Page Group in London is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Executive to shape and deliver clear internal messages across the UK. You will work with the Head of Marketing and UK leadership, driving engagement and aligning teams with business priorities.

The role focuses on implementing internal comms plans, overseeing channels, and organizing UK Town Halls while partnering with Global IC and DEI teams. A strong candidate will drive strategy and enable high performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement internal communications plans aligning with global strategy in the UK.
• Liaise with stakeholders UK-wide and advise on comms approach with materials as required.
• Oversee internal channels (Viva Engage, MS Teams, digital signage).
• Lead UK Town Halls and coordinate with multiple UK offices via Teams.
• Support sales enablement activities and create toolkits on SharePoint.
• Collaborate with Global IC and DEI teams on local plans.
• Manage internal communications calendar to prevent overlaps and overload.
• Evaluate message effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Support employer branding campaigns with comms pieces and testimonials.
