Job summary

HR Heads Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Communications & Engagement Business Partner to drive internal communications within a fast-moving, complex business area. You will deliver engagement plans, create content across intranet and leadership updates, and translate updates into accessible messages for colleagues.

You will work with leaders and HR to refine communication approaches, leveraging feedback to improve processes and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional communication and engagement plans aligned to business priorities.
• Create clear, engaging content across intranet, leadership updates, presentations, video scripts and events.
• Translate updates into accessible, relevant communication for colleagues.
• Coordinate communication activity to ensure messages are timely, consistent and well-targeted.
• Work with leaders to help them communicate more effectively with their teams.
