Job summary
Boots and No7 Beauty Company is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for Corporate, Strategy, Group and Support Functions to lead colleague communications across our 52,000-strong workforce. You will craft clear, engaging content that informs, inspires and aligns colleagues with our strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you’ll collaborate with PR, Public Affairs and other teams to deliver timely updates, own the company narrative and plan communications
Qualifications
- Natural gravitas with excellent written and verbal communications to craft high-quality colleague messages.
- Experience in internal communications for strategy, corporate or leadership communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear messages.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead internal communications for Corporate, Strategy and Support Functions.
- Evolve the internal company narrative to keep colleagues engaged with strategic priorities.
- Deliver the CEO's internal communications in collaboration with PR and Public Affairs.
- Plan communications for major corporate moments across multiple channels.
