Job summary

Monzo is hiring for an Internal Communications role within the UK, including remote and distributed arrangements. You will pro-actively plan and own core operational comms tasks, ensuring tone, timing and audience fit across the business. You’ll partner with People and Operations, deliver high-visibility campaigns, and measure impact using data.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of comms experience or equivalent stakeholder engagement experience.
• Clear, engaging copy across tones and channels to meet Monzo’s voice.
• Ability to pull data and measure impact of internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Team and Operations to plan and deliver targeted comms plans.
• Support high visibility company-wide projects and campaigns with rollout management.
• Own actions or plans for team goals and represent internal comms in project groups.
• Manage everyday comms requests across Monzo and Global Teams, triaging where needed.
• Keep Internal Comms tracker up to date and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Use data to measure success and demonstrate value of comms work.
• Collaborate with Space & Community to support engagement initiatives and events.
• Run workshops and create bite-size guides with on-brand visuals.
