Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to define and drive regional and global messages in the UK market. You will build internal networks, tailor communications for diverse audiences, and partner with Digital, Transformation, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

You will create engaging content across news articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, and SharePoint sites, while tracking metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and stakeholder

• Experience defining and implementing internal communications strategies.
• Ability to build internal networks and collaborate with global teams.
• Proven track record creating diverse content and measuring impact.
• Experience producing corporate reports and publications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement internal communications strategies for regions and functions.
• Build internal networks to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with global teams to tailor regional communications.
• Execute communication plans for key projects and initiatives.
• Develop and update crisis communications and response protocols.
• Assist in producing and approving corporate reports, presentations, and publications.
• Track communication metrics and improve strategies using data insights.
• Create content including news articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, SharePoint sites, visual materials, and virtual events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, Digital, Transformation, regional communications, and marketing teams.
• Design and deliver communications campaigns supporting Transformation and Digital strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver creative and engaging communications.
• Build networks to align messaging, share resources, and deliver joined-up communications.
• Adapt global messaging and materials for diverse audiences, including external audiences.
• Measure communication impact and apply best practices.
• Seek stakeholder feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
