Qualifications

• 2-3 years of comms experience or a role involving regular stakeholder-facing communication.
• You can produce clear, engaging copy that matches Monzo's tone of voice, with strong grammar and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand changes, offer comms advice, and deliver targeted comms plans.
• Support high-visibility, company-wide projects and campaigns, partnering with the Internal Comms Lead to roll out plans.
• Own actions or the overall plan for team goals and projects; represent internal comms in project groups.
• Manage everyday comms requests, triaging to the right audiences and teams across Monzo.
• Keep the Internal Comms tracker up to date and ensure timing and approvals are streamlined.
• Use data to measure what's landing, demonstrate value, and improve messaging.
• Collaborate with Space & Community to brainstorm engagement initiatives and events.
• Run workshops and build bite-size guides with on-brand visuals and templates.
• Keep processes simple, compliant with data privacy and security rules.
