Job summary

Monzo is seeking a proactive Internal Communications professional to plan, manage and own core comms tasks within the Internal Comms team. You will partner with People Team and Operations to understand changes, deliver targeted comms plans, and ensure messaging lands smoothly across Monzo and Global Teams.

You will work with data to measure success, create on-brand visuals, and support company engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of comms experience or a role with regular cross-group communications.
• Ability to pull clear, engaging copy with strong spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver targeted comms plans using Monzo’s tone of voice.
• Manage high-visibility company-wide comms campaigns and rollouts.
• Keep the Internal Comms tracker up to date and measure impact with data.
