Job summary

Boots UK is seeking an experienced Creative Design Lead to shape and lead brand campaigns for No7 Beauty Company and related brands. You will translate customer insights into distinctive concepts that work across digital, print, film and retail touchpoints.

You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, drive visual direction, and present ideas to senior stakeholders while championing brand integrity and consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven senior designer, design lead or art director in advertising/creative environment.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, imagery, brand identity and art direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop big creative ideas that scale across channels.
• Lead early conceptual development with Copy Lead, Strategy and other creatives.
• Interrogate briefs to establish clear propositions before design development.
• Create compelling campaign concepts and visual worlds for digital, print, film and social.
