Job summary

Cision is seeking an Insights Consultant to manage a portfolio of client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure customers receive maximum value from their insights programmes. You will collaborate with Rapid Intelligence and Media Intelligence teams to deliver accurate, insightful outputs and maintain high editorial standards.

The role emphasizes client retention, renewals, and strategic partnership development, with opportunities to influence across internal teams and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build client relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Support client renewals and contribute to proposals and SOWs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality insights and services.
• Identify risks and opportunities to support retention and upsell.
• Deliver editorial support and ensure outputs meet client expectations.
