Job summary

Groundsure is seeking a role to manage a portfolio of Insights clients, ensuring retention and adoption of the Insights suite while identifying and winning new business. The role is primarily home-based with occasional travel; you will attend the office once a month to collaborate with the team.

You will build a strong pipeline, conduct product presentations and demos, and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organisations.

Responsibilities

• Winning new business
• Generate new business for Insights product suite through calls, email and LinkedIn
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline, converting leads into new accounts
• Research target organisations and key decision makers in the sectors
• Follow up promptly on inbound leads Growing accounts
• Manage and grow your existing Insights portfolio
• Build excellent relationships with clients and prospects
• Deliver clear, detailed product presentations and demos
• Attend face‑to‑face and online meetings with clients and new targets
• Represent Groundsure at networking events, webinars and conferences
• Assist with marketing campaigns to boost adoption and generate enquiries Ongoing support
• Gather market feedback to help shape products’ development
• Managing inbound enquiries, quote requests and account management
• Stay up to date with the industry
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated and use its dashboards to track pipeline and reporting
