Job summary

Dexory in Oxford is seeking a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to partner with the Chief of Staff on high-priority initiatives. This execution role unblocks stalled work, drives projects to completion and builds the tools and processes that accelerate the whole company.

You will coordinate across teams, own end-to-end delivery, and push for practical solutions with professional, data-driven approach while maintaining accountability and speed across Dexory.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a high-pace environment.
• End-to-end project delivery experience, incl. pushing work past resistance.
• Strong tooling and automation capabilities; build or implement practical solutions.
• Hands-on with modern productivity and AI tools; quick to learn new ones.
• Exceptional organisation and follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Confident, direct communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Resilience and persistence; don't accept vague commitments.
• Good judgement on when to push, escalate or solve it yourself.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects: Take ownership from scoping through delivery and handover.
• Initiative Support: Coordinate contributors and chase inputs to ensure timely delivery.
• Accountability Enforcement: Track actions and deadlines; escalate blockers early.
• Driving Outcomes: Move initiatives from discussion to decision to delivery; propose solutions.
• Efficiency Implementation: Identify friction and implement fixes, from processes to tooling.
• Centre of Excellence: Codify best practices for plans, execution and delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Business Ops Manager and dept leads.
