Dexory in Wallingford is seeking a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to work directly with the Chief of Staff on high-priority initiatives. This execution role unblocks stalled projects, drives them to completion and builds the tools and processes that speed up the whole company.

You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate across departments, enforce accountability and push for practical solutions with tact. The role requires resilience and strong senior-leader communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a high-paced environment.
• Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end.
• Strong tooling and automation capabilities.
