Job summary

Dex is looking for an internal recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process, from brief to signed offer, sourcing hard-to-find engineers and other talent. You’ll scope roles, search proactively, and set up a scalable hiring engine that supports rapid growth.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, shape candidate experience, and close senior roles with conviction in the Dex story as the team expands across the UK and US.

• You are highly organized, can tell strong hiring stories, and engage a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Own every open role from brief to signed offer.
• Source proactively; find candidates before they apply.
• Scope upcoming roles and challenge unnecessary splits or duplication.
• Deliver a candidate experience worthy of a top brand; be fast, honest, human.
• Close senior hires with conviction in the Dex story, not just the package.
• Build the hiring engine: processes, pipeline discipline, employer branding to scale hiring.
