Dexory is seeking a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to work alongside the Chief of Staff on the company’s highest priority initiatives. This execution role unblocks stalled work, tracks actions to closure and builds tools and processes to accelerate the business.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in fast-paced settings with a track record of delivering end-to-end projects, strong automation skills, and comfort with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a high-pace environment.
• Track record of delivering projects end to end, including overcoming resistance.
• Strong tooling and automation capability, pragmatic solutions.
• Hands-on with productivity and AI tools; learn new ones quickly.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects: Own high priority internal projects from scoping to delivery and handover.
• Initiative Support: Coordinate contributors and chase inputs to ensure timely delivery.
• Accountability Enforcement: Track actions across leadership forums and follow up until closed; escalate blockers with evidence.
• Driving Outcomes: Move initiatives from discussion to decision and delivery; propose solutions.
