Indevor Group is seeking a Technical & Commercial Manager to drive growth in its infrastructure division across the UK. You will combine engineering expertise with commercial leadership to evaluate opportunities, develop proposals and win business with housebuilders and developers.

Based in the Warrington area, the role offers senior responsibility, a competitive salary of £60k-£80k, and clear progression within a growing specialist division.

Qualifications

• Extensive civil engineering experience within housebuilding or residential infrastructure.
• Ability to translate technical details into commercial proposals.
• Proven track record in client engagement and business development.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as principal technical and commercial contact for housebuilders, developers and key stakeholders.
• Evaluate development opportunities, providing informed technical assessments and commercially viable solutions.
• Lead discussions with prospective clients, understanding their infrastructure requirements and identifying opportunities for the business.
• Prepare and develop commercial proposals, technical submissions and pricing using established frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior management, sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants and other industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the division's technical and commercial capabilities.
• Support the identification of new market opportunities and improvements to existing commercial processes.
