Job summary

apetito UK is seeking a commercially driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect service categories including HR Services, Business Support Services, Travel and Utilities. You will influence both strategic and operational spend while working with stakeholders across the business.

The role requires a solid understanding of tender, negotiation and award processes and strategic sourcing, with strong focus on cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement within service categories.
• Strong negotiator capable of influencing key stakeholders.
• Analytical with ability to measure and report procurement performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity from strategy to contract award.
• Drive cost savings, value improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and operations to support priorities.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
