Job summary

1st Executive Ltd in Central London is seeking a UK Procurement Manager to lead indirect category sourcing, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.

You'll report to the UK & Ireland Head of Procurement, own selected categories such as IT, Professional Services, BPO, Facilities and HR, and drive value by delivering savings, risk management and charting a more strategic procurement function within a PE-backed business.

Qualifications

• At least five years' procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience with indirect categories and delivering savings.
• Commercially sharp, hands-on, able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end tenders and negotiations to drive savings and contract improvements.
• Own category delivery by developing category plans aligned with priorities.
• Build and manage supplier partnerships, renewals and risks.
• Influence stakeholders by providing practical commercial advice to Finance, IT, Operations and HR.
• Support client requirements by developing compliant, value-for-money contracts.
• Improve processes, tools and reporting as procurement matures.
