Job summary

apetito is seeking a commercially driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect service categories including HR services, business support, travel and utilities. You will influence strategic and operational spend, working with stakeholders and driving cost savings with a strong focus on contracting and supplier performance.

This role is based at our UK Head Office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, with potential for up to two days per week from home after training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity from strategy through contract award.
• Deliver cost savings, value improvements and risk mitigation across portfolio.
• Partner with HR, Finance and operations to support priorities.
• Manage key supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends to inform sourcing decisions.
