Job summary

Procurement Heads is seeking a Procurement Lead to manage a broad indirect spend portfolio in Greater London. This role involves leading sourcing initiatives, developing strategies, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive value and support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in indirect procurement, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 along with benefits, including flexible working arrangements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Procurement Lead to manage a broad indirect spend portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to a high-performing, forward-thinking team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing across indirect categories, from market analysis through to contract award
• Develop and implement category strategies, delivering cost efficiencies and supplier optimisation
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide strategic procurement guidance
• Evaluate supplier proposals and deliver clear commercial recommendations
• Ensure procurement activity aligns with governance, compliance and risk frameworks
• Support contract negotiations alongside legal and risk teams
• Oversee supplier onboarding and due diligence processes
• Embed sustainability and responsible sourcing within procurement activity
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement performance

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in indirect procurement within a complex or professional services environment
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
• Experience managing multiple categories and projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Good understanding of procurement processes, governance and risk
• Experience in facilities management categories is beneficial but not essential
• Up to £65,000 with comprehensive benefits, including healthcare and pension
