apetito is seeking a commercially driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect service categories, including HR and Business Support Services, Travel and Utilities.

You will influence both strategic and operational spend, collaborating with stakeholders and navigating tender, negotiation, and award processes. Based at UK Head Office in Trowbridge with hybrid work options.

Formación

• Proven experience in procurement, ideally indirect categories
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with ability to drive value
• Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable insights
• Effective communicator with solid stakeholder management
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity from strategy development to contract award
• Deliver cost savings, value improvements and risk mitigation
• Partner with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to support business priorities
• Manage key supplier relationships and drive performance improvements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends to inform sourcing decisions
