Job summary

St. James's Place is seeking a procurement partner to lead strategic initiatives across multiple indirect spend areas, including Marketing, Travel & Events, Subscriptions, Facilities and HR Services. You will champion cost savings, establish category strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires strong negotiation, supplier management and risk controls, with a focus on driving efficiency and ensuring governance across SJP’s procurement programs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in indirect spend management across multiple categories.
• Familiar with RFIs/RFPs, benchmarking and supplier evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills with suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with risk management in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Strategy implementation and maintenance across assigned categories.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and ROI improvements.
• Collaborate with Category Lead to design procurement strategies.
• Lead sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and risk, reporting insights.
