Job summary

apetito UK is seeking a commercially driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect categories including HR services, business support, travel and utilities.

This role influences strategic and operational spend, working with stakeholders across the business and requires some UK travel. A portion of work time may be performed from home, depending on commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a procurement role, ideally with indirect categories.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity from strategy development through to contract award.
• Deliver cost savings, value improvements and risk mitigation across your portfolio.
• Partner with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to support business priorities.
• Manage key supplier relationships, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends (energy, travel) to inform sourcing decisions.
