Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors in London seeks a senior procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing across professional services, corporate services, marketing and HR spend. You will run sourcing events, negotiate terms, manage renewals, and drive cost savings while ensuring value and compliance.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR, Facilities and Marketing in a matrixed organisation, shaping supplier strategy, governance and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Experience across professional services, corporate services, marketing and HR spend.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing events and commercial negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and matrixed organization experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and governance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and supplier evaluations.
• Own renewal planning and negotiation strategy; mitigate commercial risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure value for money.
• Develop contingent workforce strategy, governance and reporting.
• Analyze spend data and market insights to identify savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract strategy and escalation points.
