Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and a strong data-driven mindset.
• Skilled in change management, with a passion for driving transformation.
