TP ICAP Group is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join its HR function in a hybrid London-based role. You will support the Senior PM with project governance, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of HR initiatives across the Group.

The role emphasizes process re-engineering, producing documentation, and enabling HR technology. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with experience in Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Generate supporting project documentation (scope, PID, RAID) across Group HR.
• Work with stakeholders to produce business requirements documentation for HRLT approval.
• Track HR Operations programme to completion.
• Facilitate regular status and stand-up project meetings.
• Maintain HR book of work prior to status meetings.
• Maintain HR process taxonomy and process owner attestations.
• Support HR enabling technology testing with required documentation and training.
• Produce materials for status updates to Plc Board, UKRE, SMT and Global COO committee.
• Oversee HR knowledge hub and Group HR SharePoint access.
