Job summary

TP ICAP seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, shaping workforce plans, organisational design and culture initiatives. You will work with HR COEs and operations to deliver value, manage risk, and drive transformation across client groups and regional hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Experience leading organisational change, transformation and design.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business objectives.
• Experience using workforce data to inform decisions and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people plans aligning with business objectives.
• Advise on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management and leadership capability.
• Translate strategy into priorities and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Coach leaders on people-related decisions, balancing commercial and employee needs.
• Lead the people aspects of strategic initiatives, change programmes and transformation.
• Drive engagement, culture and inclusion through leadership accountability.
