Job summary

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd in London is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the HR team. You will report to the Senior PM and support project planning, stakeholder management, and requirements analysis.

You will produce documentation, assist with HR enabling technology, training materials, and status reports for governance forums. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation (scope, PID, RAID) across HR.
• Capture business requirements for HRLT approval.
• Track HR Operations projects to completion.
• Lead regular status and stand-up meetings.
• Maintain HR process taxonomy and attestations.
• Assist implementing HR enabling tech; produce training materials.
• Prepare board/status materials for PLC Board and committees.
• Oversee HR knowledge hub and SharePoint access.
