Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the UK & Ireland based in London. You will partner with managers to provide practical HR guidance across employee relations, absence and performance management, and organisational change while collaborating with regional and global teams.

You will support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, contributing to a positive employee experience across ~130 staff in the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, capability and probation matters.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting organisational change, consultation and redundancy processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR advisor to managers on employee relations matters.
• Manage employee relations cases from initial review through to conclusion with proper documentation.
• Support managers with absence management, Occupational Health referrals, return-to-work planning.
• Provide guidance on flexible working requests and wellbeing matters.
• Support organisational change activities including restructures and redundancies.
