  • Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive actions from bi‑annual engagement surveys; champion wellbeing initiatives, particularly around mental health.
  • Manager Support: Coach managers on ER, performance, feedback, engagement and people management; build capability and confidence across all sites.
  • Performance & Development: Lead performance, engagement and remuneration processes; support talent development, succession planning and retention.
  • HR Insight: Use HR data and metrics to inform decisions and provide meaningful insight to leaders.
  • Culture: Strengthen communication, connection and consistency across UK & Ireland teams; support leaders in building a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture.
  • Talent Development: Enhance and develop career pathways and talent journeys across technical, sales and support roles.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong HR partnering experience in a commercial, fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Confidence supporting managers and driving improvements across multiple sites.
  • Ability to balance strategic partnering with hands‑on delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a technical, consultancy‑led organisation.
  • Willingness to travel to UK sites, with occasional travel to Ireland and Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of talent development, management, employment law and organisational development.
  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or degree‑level equivalent.
