SC Johnson Professional UK is seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Manager and business leaders, delivering proactive, practical HR support across the UK. You’ll build relationships, provide guidance on people matters, and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation while supporting global HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Experience supporting HR initiatives and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and deliver proactive HR solutions.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Contribute to local HR strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
• Coordinate global employee engagement initiatives and drive action plans.
