SC Johnson Professional UK is hiring a HR Business Partner (Associate Manager) based in the Denby area. You will partner with business leaders, manage employee relations and support the delivery of HR initiatives across the UK, ensuring compliance with employment law and driving employee engagement.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 and a collaborative, proactive approach. Hybrid working, with full-time office presence initially, plus a strong benefits package and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience delivering HR initiatives and change programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR support to leaders, aligning people plans with business priorities.
• Manage employee relations cases with practical guidance to managers.
• Develop local HR strategies, workforce planning and engagement activities.
• Coordinate global HR initiatives and contribute to policy development.
• Mentor the HR Advisor and drive delivery of HR solutions across the UK.
