SC Johnson Professional UK is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the team, working with the HR Manager and leaders to deliver proactive, people-focused HR support. You’ll build trusted relationships, advise on UK employment law, and help shape local and global HR initiatives.

This role offers a 4+1 hybrid model with 90 days in the office, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, wellbeing programs, and discounts.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification with knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting HR initiatives and organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and deliver proactive HR solutions.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Contribute to local HR strategies and workforce planning and initiatives.
• Coordinate global employee engagement surveys and drive meaningful action plans.
