Job summary

Catalyst Partners is seeking a Senior People Partner to work with its Corporate Functions teams. You will act as a strategic HR advisor, shaping people strategies that drive performance, culture and growth across Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology functions.

In this role you will partner with senior leaders, provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning, and use people data to inform decisions while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP experience in a professional services or corporate setting.
• Experience with UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Corporate Functions to provide expert HR guidance.
• Advise on employee relations, performance, talent development and workforce planning.
• Coach leadership teams to build high-performing, engag ed teams.
• Use people metrics and insights to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Lead and support programmes on learning, development, performance and career progression.
