Strong track record partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on approach balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Experience across performance, talent development, succession planning and culture.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders across EMEA, translating strategy into People & Culture solutions.
Develop and deliver initiatives that support business objectives and measurable impact.
Own end-to-end workforce planning, headcount management and succession planning.
Lead performance management cycles, calibration and development planning.
Coach leaders on effective people management and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Development, Compensation & Benefits and Culture teams.
