Job summary

CI&T is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and partner with senior leaders across EMEA. You’ll translate business priorities into people strategies to enable growth, strengthen culture and deliver measurable outcomes.

With teams across the UK, Portugal and Brazil, you’ll navigate跨-cultural collaboration and drive transformational initiatives, talent development, and leadership coaching while shaping organisational design and performance management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in growth and transformation.
• Hands-on with strategic and operational delivery.
• Strong performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Excellent commercial thinking and translating business priorities into people solutions.
• Experience across countries, cultures within EMEA.
• Analytical mindset with HR metrics and reporting.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across EMEA.
• Translate business priorities into People & Culture solutions.
• Support leaders in fast-moving environments.
• Develop and deliver People & Culture initiatives that drive objectives.
• Lead organisational transformation and change initiatives across the region.
• Own end-to-end workforce planning and headcount management.
• Drive talent development and succession pipelines.
• Lead performance management cycles and calibration.
