Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to partner with leaders in Technology, Business Process and Supply Chain in Maidenhead and across the EMEA region. You will advise on people initiatives, lead workforce planning and support organisational change.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling employee relations, with travel across the EMEA region. A CIPD qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience handling broad employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Business Process and Supply Chain.
• Provide proactive HR advice, coaching and guidance to support business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational development and people initiatives.
