Job summary

CI&T is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and partner with senior leaders across EMEA. You’ll translate business priorities into people strategies that enable growth, strengthen culture and deliver measurable outcomes.

Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or strategic HR role.
Strong track record partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on approach balancing strategic thinking and operational delivery.
Experience with performance management, talent development, succession planning and culture.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across EMEA, advising on people, structure and workforce matters.
Translate business priorities into practical People & Culture solutions and drive initiatives.
Own end-to-end workforce planning, headcount management and talent pipelines.
Lead performance management cycles and development planning across regions.
Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and inform leadership decisions.
