Job summary

Montu UK is seeking a dedicated HR Partner to guide people managers through complex employee relations and performance scenarios. You’ll work closely with the Patient Experience team to shape the employee experience during a period of rapid growth, offering hands-on support across both London (Kings Cross) and Winnersh (Reading) offices.

As a true HR expertise focus, you’ll partner with leaders on coaching, policy, and people initiatives while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Strong HRBP experience in a fast-paced or growth environment.
• Experience supporting managers with complex people management and development challenges.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Calm, fair, and pragmatic approach to employee relations matters.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with multiple levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance and development.
• Advise on performance management, wellbeing, absence, conduct and ER matters.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle from induction to offboarding.
• Coach managers to lead in line with Montu UK culture and values.
• Collaborate with recruitment/onboarding teams for a smooth new-hire experience.
• Lead on ER matters including investigations and probation reviews.
• Partner with Head of People & Talent on people initiatives and process improvements.
• Help embed engagement surveys, performance check-ins, and manager development.
