Job summary

Red Engine is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the London region in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strategic alignment of people practices with business goals and involves partnering with Operations Managers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, solid knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll play a critical role in talent management, compliance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex ER cases.
• Experience delivering HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Managers to align people strategy.
• Support the Head of HR in delivering the People Strategy.
• Lead key initiatives across recruitment, retention, and engagement.
