Qualifications

• Senior HR generalist experience with end-to-end HR across multiple sites.
• Strong employee relations experience and employment law knowledge.
• Coaching managers to build capability and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead generalist HR support across business areas, partnering with leaders.
• Manage employee relations cases, balancing commercial needs and legal risk.
• Coach managers and develop leadership capability through guidance and training.
• Support workforce planning, organisational change and talent initiatives.
• Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the People & Capability team to deliver strategic priorities.
