Job summary

Nub News in Warwick is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the people team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies that drive performance and engagement.

The role requires strong employment law knowledge, stakeholder management, and coaching ability to support managers through change. You will use people data to identify trends and deliver solutions across the business, with hybrid working two days from home.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching on employee relations, including complex casework.
• Support organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use people data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Drive key people processes including performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Lead engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and culture.
