Job summary

Trinity House, partnered with Nub News, is seeking a HR Consultant in Warwick on a permanent basis. The role provides commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio, partnering with the Head of HR to deliver high-quality advisory services with autonomy.

You will advise managers, help develop HR practices and people strategies, mentor junior team members, and prepare HR documentation. CIPD qualified or finalist and strong client-facing skills are essential.

• Technically proficient with confident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio.
• Support clients to develop and improve their HR practices, processes and people strategies.
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies.
• Help clients build positive, inclusive and values-led cultures.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies and client toolkits.
• Represent HR in management meetings and brief the senior leadership team on performance and business development opportunities.
