Job summary

Stratton HR, a Bicester-based consultancy, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. This role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on HR support across diverse clients, including periods of growth, transformation and change.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead complex HR projects, and bring expert advice on employment law, recruitment, and people strategy. Hybrid role with UK travel required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a HR Business Partner in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead change and organisational design initiatives.
• Track record delivering strategic recruitment solutions with senior leaders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance priorities with pragmatic HR advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior leaders.
• Ability to operate in high-intellect, fast-moving settings.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and driving projects to implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent; commitment to ongoing professional development.
