Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across our Corporate Functions. You’ll influence people strategies, design organisational structures, and drive engagement and performance improvements in a dynamic, international organisation.

The role is based in Wimbledon with hybrid working and requires strong relationship-building, commercial pragmatism, and expert HR knowledge to support transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role across corporate functions.
• Strong understanding of core HR disciplines: ER, OD, workforce planning, talent, performance.
• Confident building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Highly commercial and pragmatic, balancing business priorities with risk management.
• Excellent communication; ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across Corporate Functions to shape and deliver people strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent, engagement and ER.
• Lead and support organisational change initiatives for successful transformation.
• Use people data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach leaders to strengthen capability and build high-performing teams.
