Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across our Corporate Functions. The role supports transformation and drives performance in a dynamic, international organisation, with hybrid working and with two office days per week in Wimbledon.

You will shape people strategies, lead organisational design, workforce planning and employee relations while coaching leaders to build high-performing teams and enhance the colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex org.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, org design, workforce planning and performance.
• Commercial, pragmatic with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies in Corporate Functions.
• Guide organisational design, workforce planning, talent, engagement and employee relations.
• Lead change initiatives and support transformation across the business.
• Use people data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and enhance the colleague experience.
• Collaborate with Talent, Reward, Employee Relations and People Operations.
• Support performance reviews, succession planning and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure fair, policy-aligned decisions under employment law.
• Contribute to People projects to improve efficiency and leadership capability.
• Bring commercial mindset to influence decisions and outcomes.
