Job summary

Spirehouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support on a fixed-term contract until June 2029. The role collaborates with senior leaders across employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and HR projects to deliver people solutions and drive business outcomes.

You will advise on complex employee relations matters, support performance management, and guide managers on employment legislation while shaping strategic HR initiatives

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as HRBP or Senior HR Advisor in complex organisations.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managers on HR strategy.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and workplace implications.
• Proven change management and restructuring experience.
• Ability to influence, coach and develop line managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders to deliver people solutions.
• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance management and legislation.
• Contribute to workforce planning, HR projects and organisational development.
• Support managers to build high-performing teams and manage change.
